Prices are expressed in Euro currency include VAT when applicable and do not include the costs of custom duties or transport (never applicable within EU).

The purchase contract that you can improve in this site means between Spidi Sport Srl and the final consumer ("Business to Consumer") in respect of D. Lgs. September 6, 2005 No 206 of the Consumer Code (distance sales to consumers) and the Leg. April 9, 2003 No 70 (commerce).
We show that, for the final consumer should understand all those people who purchase products for their personal use, namely, that not acting in their scope of business activities, art or profession.
With the transmission order, you agree to the general conditions of sale and having viewed all clauses expressed during the purchase process, after receiving confirmation of payment.

SHIPPING & DELIVERIES 

Products available for purchase are shipped from XPD Boots Store within one business day following your purchase.  To ensure fast delivery, XPD Boots Store based on the best selected express couriers depending on the destination region and type of product. . We deliver to every country in the world: delivery cost is displayed in your Shopping Cart and could vary from a minimum of zero to a maximum of 10 €, depending from the boots model and the country of destination. 

Deliveries usually take 2 working days for Europe and USA; they usually take 4 working days for the rest of the world.

RETURNS 

You have the right to terminate the contract of sale by returning the purchased goods within 30 days of purchase to obtain reimbursement of the purchase value.
Returns can be delivered to our warehouses located in Italy and in California. You can ask assistance at any time through our "contact" page; we usually answer within 24 hours.
The withdrawal must be communicated in writing stating:
-the intention to withdraw;
-order details.
You can provide all the requested information through a return form which you must fill with all required information. 
 
Your right ceases when the product returned is not complete and that is where:
-the product shows signs of use or wear;
-accessories such as barcode, instruction booklet, Instruction Manual, security seals have been disconnected or worn;
-original packaging has been tampered.
Spidi Sport S.r.l. reimburse the cost of the goods within 14 working days from shipment of the returned item. Refund will be made via Credit Card transfer.
In the event of lack of conformity of the product, we recognize the rights of consumers according to current consumer law.

The personal data collected and relating to our site will be automatically registered in order to guarantee, under law, the security and integrity of personal data contained herein.
